The RISE 3 Summit, held last April 27, 2025 at Lolaima Cuisine in Pampanga, was a resounding success, uniting the vibrant chapters of REBAP from Region 3. With enthusiastic participation from Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, and Metro Clark, the event fostered meaningful connections and collaboration among local leaders under the Regional Integration and Synergy theme.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all chapter presidents: CRB Dharlene Zambrano of Bulacan, CRB Axel Tadique of Nueva Ecija, CRB Jillian Chico of Pampanga, and CRB Annette Calma of Metro Clark Pampanga. Your leadership and vision made this summit a remarkable gathering. The day was filled with insightful presentations, showcasing local insights and strategies that reflect the unique strengths of each chapter. Notable presentations were delivered by Pres Dharlene, Pres Annette, Pres Axel, and Pres Jillian, leaving attendees inspired and informed about the opportunities that lie ahead.
Special appreciation goes to Atty. Henry Onia, who made the journey from Pangasinan to provide his expertise on the Laws of Succession and Inheritance, and Municipal Assessor Michael Jayson Carlos for sharing essential updates from local government units.
