REBAP Unites Leaders Nationwide for the ONE REBAP, ONE IMPACT: 2026 Leaders Summit

The Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP) proudly convened its leaders from across the country for the ONE REBAP, ONE IMPACT: 2026 Leaders Summit, held on February 7, 2026. This landmark gathering brought together chapter officers nationwide to strengthen leadership, advance professionalism, and build a stronger real estate industry.

The summit served as a platform for exchanging insights, aligning strategies, and reinforcing REBAP’s shared commitment to service, integrity, and nation-building.   • Strategic Vision: National President CRB Carl Calleja presented the 2026 REBAP Strategic Pillars, charting the course for a stronger, more unified organization.
  • Leadership Mandate: National Chairman CRB Rouel Abuana emphasized professionalism and heart as the foundation of REBAP’s leadership mandate.
  • Academic Partnership: A formal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between REBAP and De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) to elevate the BS Real Estate Management program, bridging academic excellence with industry expertise.
  • Keynote Address: Former PRBRES Member Jose Arnold M. Tan, Ph.D, CE, REA delivered an inspiring keynote, introduced by National Auditor CRB Aristeo F. Razon.
  • Civil Society Accreditation: Chapter Presidents from Abra-Ilocos Sur, Quezon City, Metro Dasmariñas, Global City, Marikina City, and La Union shared valuable insights in a deep-dive session on CSO accreditation.
  • Leadership Team Oath-Taking: The newly sworn-in National Vice Presidents and Trustees completed the 2026 leadership roster:

    • VP External CRB Aileen Morales outlined the strategic roadmap for partnerships and global reach.
    • VP Finance CRB Nelson Antatico presented the 3 Pillars of Financial Leadership — stability, growth, and transparency.
    • VP MIS CRB Lemuel Egot introduced More I-Solutions, streamlining digital identity and smart tech integration.
    • National Press Relations Officer CRB Joe Mark S. Pardiñas discussed future press relations projects to strengthen communication across REBAP’s network.
